Reception and Placement Agent/Administrator

Hotel "Crown Plaza Borjomi", which has been on the market since 2015 and is a member of the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), is announcing a vacancy for the position of Reception and Placement Agent/Administrator.

Location: Borjomi Schedule: 5/2

Function and Responsibilities: - To receive, place and greet guests in accordance with established standards; - Establish effective and positive communication with guests; - Receive bookings, process them programmatically and perform the corresponding financial operation; - Receive incoming phone calls and share requested information; - Effective functioning of the key management system (in case of technical malfunctions, inform responsible persons); - Control of room status according to the established standard; - Production of daily reports; - Monitoring of payments and invoices; - Daily audit and submission of cash balance to the manager;

Required Skills: - Experience working in a similar position; - Knowledge of foreign languages; - Knowledge of office programs; - Knowledge of OPERA or FIDELIO program;
