Title: Accountant

Company "Qspeed Robotics" implements industrial projects and creates modern automation systems. We import components from different countries, assemble machines and export them to various countries. We also provide laser metal cutting services to local clients.

Currently, we are implementing the SAP B1 (ERP) system to manage all our accounting and financial transactions. Within the framework of this vacancy, the company will provide training to the selected candidate in SAP B1.

The company is looking for an experienced accountant who is fluent in English and has experience working with the portal rs.ge.

The accountant will report to the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Accounting Transactions: posting accounting transactions and processing them in SAP, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets;
• Program Implementation and Transition Period: performing accounting in SAP B1 and parallel work with the current accountant for monthly comparison of both databases until the official launch of SAP B1;

• Payment Processing: preparation and execution of local and international payment orders through electronic banking systems;

• Inventories and Purchases: posting transactions related to inventories, purchases, and material consumption in SAP;

• Cost Accounting: linking all transactions to the correct business direction and cost center; generating invoices and delivery notes for laser cutting services;

• Month-End Close: performing month-end close operations in SAP and preparing comparisons; supporting the year-end close process under the supervision of the Finance Manager;

• Monthly Declarations: preparing and submitting monthly tax declarations (VAT, income tax, pension, and profit tax) through the rs.ge portal;

• Management of Delivery Notes and Invoices: issuing electronic tax invoices and delivery notes and synchronizing them between SAP and the Revenue Service;

• Financial Reporting: preparing monthly reports and tables as requested by the Finance Manager;

• Compliance and Audit: preparing reports and documentation according to SAP for external auditors and the Revenue Service;

• Multi-Currency Operations: managing multi-currency transactions (GEL, EUR, USD, etc.) and ensuring correct accounting of exchange rate differences in SAP;

• Tax Comparison: monthly comparison of the company's internal SAP balances and the unified tax card on rs.ge to eliminate discrepancies;

• Legislative Monitoring: constant monitoring of changes in Georgia's tax code to ensure absolute compliance with information submitted to rs.ge and current legislation.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance or a related field;

• Language skills: Georgian - native, English - fluent. Please note that English is the primary working language of the company.

• Experience: 3-5 years of practical accounting experience; preferably in companies working on production and engineering projects;

• rs.ge: Hands-on experience in managing declarations, electronic tax invoices, and bills of lading;

• Technical competence: experience with at least one ERP or accounting system; practical experience with SAP Business One will be considered a significant advantage.

• Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and comparisons);

• Attention to detail: "eagle eye" to detect discrepancies and ensure data cleanliness;

• Analytical thinking: ability to detect, explain, and correct non-standard balances and differences.
