Quality Control Laboratory Manager - Khashuri/Gomi

JSC "Gomi Spirits and Wine Company" is looking for a responsible and professional Quality Control Laboratory Manager to oversee the daily activities of the laboratory and ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of products.

Work location: Khashuri, Gomi Work schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday: 09:00-18:00) Remuneration: According to experience

Key responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, and managing the activities of the quality control laboratory;
• Ensuring laboratory control of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products;
• Determining physical and chemical indicators of spirits and other production products;
• Determining physical and chemical indicators of spirits and other production products;
• Conducting laboratory analyses in accordance with approved methodologies and standards;
• Controlling product quality compliance with technical regulations, standards, and company internal procedures;
• Controlling the functionality, calibration, and technical maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Education and qualification requirements:

• Higher education in chemistry, biochemistry, food technology, pharmacy, or related fields;
• At least 3 years of experience working in a quality control laboratory
• (experience working in spirits, alcoholic beverages, food, or chemical production will be considered an advantage);
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC;
• Knowledge of computer office programs;
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages.
