Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description This position relies heavily on interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to recruit best suitable candidates for the vacant role of entrée-level positions. Responsible for the administration of the recruitment procedure. Have in-depth knowledge of labor laws. - Coordinate and manage recruitment projects - Creatively leverage all potential channels to source top quality applicants - Receive and manage job applications - Organize interview and other selected recruitment tools - Liaise with applicant and ensure a positive experience during selection process - Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders - Manage recruitment and selection service suppliers; ensure they deliver a consistent quality and cost-efficient service to the business - Support TA team where needed to - Promote best recruitment practice, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value-added service - Consult managers and employees in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures related to Recruitment

Qualifications - At least 6 months of experience in recruitment - Incomplete higher education, preferable business administration, psychology or other related field - Expertise in labor market, recruitment channels and selection tools (interviews, tests etc.) - Personal competencies: self-driven, excellent time management and prioritization, and organization skills - Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc. - Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal - Ability to work in a team and grow in the role
