"Academia" is a leading educational center that offers practical training in programming, robotics, engineering, and woodworking to students aged 4-18 across Georgia.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic STEM teacher and coordinator who feels equally comfortable in the classroom and in establishing relationships with educational institutions. You will lead practical extracurricular circles and, at the same time, represent our brand in private and public schools, make presentations to administration and management, and ensure the opening of new educational spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Instruction: Conducting interesting, practical lessons in programming, robotics, engineering, and woodworking for children (ages 4-18). School Relations and Presentations: Presenting our extracurricular programs to school directors, administration, and parent groups. Student Retention and Engagement: Organizing trial workshops and demo days to increase registration and ensure high student engagement.

Qualification Requirements:

Experience or education in robotics, engineering, IT, or manual crafts/woodworking. Ability to communicate warmly and effectively with children, parents, and school leaders. Perfect command of the Georgian language (native); knowledge of English at a medium or high level will be considered an advantage. Active, mobile, and goal-oriented (possibility of movement around partner schools in Tbilisi).

Remuneration: 1500-1700 GEL (fixed salary, net) + bonuses based on attracting new schools and student registration.
