Public Service Institution "Information Technology Agency" is hiring an Applications Support Specialist

About the Organization

** Implementing modern information technologies and systems in the healthcare system;

** Creating an integrated server and network infrastructure, ensuring its safe and effective operation and development;

** Ensuring the sustainable functioning of computer equipment and peripheral devices, telecommunications infrastructure;

** Ensuring the information security of information systems and information technology infrastructure;

** Developing, implementing, supporting and developing integrated digital systems for managing relevant public services.

The Agency develops and supports around 100 digital systems and modules widely used, which facilitate the continuity of services in the health and social protection, and employment sectors. As an institution constantly focused on growth and meritocratic, we are pleased to welcome professionals focused on development.

Responsibilities:

** Responding to, analyzing, and resolving incidents related to existing software within the scope of competence;

** Escalating incidents as needed and monitoring subsequent execution;

** Analyzing incidents and forming problems in case of systematic repetitions;

** Managing users and rights of existing software.

Mandatory Requirements:

** Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

** At least 1-2 years of experience in application support or Service Desk environment.

** Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Remuneration: According to experience and qualifications.

Competition Stages:

** Stage 1 - Selection of applications;

** Stage 2 - Interviews with selected candidates.
