Main functions and responsibilities: - Conducting laboratory tests (biochemical, immunological, hematological, and serology) and analyzing/validating the results; - Managing modern semi-automated analyzers and auxiliary equipment in the laboratory, controlling their proper functioning; - Daily monitoring of internal and external quality control (QC) and adhering to standards; - Timely and accurate reflection of the results in the laboratory's internal software system; - Strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety norms during laboratory work.
Qualification requirements: - Higher medical education. - State certificate in the specialty "Laboratory Medicine". - Knowledge of the working principles of modern laboratory equipment; - At least 2 years of work experience in the specified specialty. - Knowledge of English and Russian will be considered an advantage. - Effective communication skills and organization.
