Bar Supervisor

"Tourinvest Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Bar Supervisor at the restaurant "Argo" located on the cable car.

Main responsibilities:

Managing the bar team - organizing the work process of employees, composing work schedules and shifts, and controlling their performance; Ensuring bar standards - controlling the preparation of drinks and cocktails according to approved recipes and technological standards; Inventory and stock control - monitoring bar balances, ordering necessary products in a timely manner, and effective inventory management; Control of write-offs and losses - identifying and reducing excessive write-offs, losses, and irrational use of products, and taking relevant measures; Ensuring HACCP and food safety standards - daily control of product storage, labeling, expiration dates, hygiene, and sanitary norms; Employee training and development - adaptation, training, and professional development of new employees, as well as developing the knowledge and skills of the existing team; Ensuring team and professional work - creating an effective work environment in the bar, proper communication among employees, discipline, and high professional standards.

Main requirements:

Higher education; Experience working in a similar position; Perfect knowledge of English (any additional language skills will be considered an advantage).

Personal qualities:

Customer orientation; Attention to detail; Punctuality and responsibility; Team management and leadership skills.
