Head of Alternative Sales Service - Premium Retail Banking Direction

Bank of Georgia's Premium Retail Banking Direction is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Alternative Sales Service.

Key Responsibilities: - Forming and updating the service structure and business processes in accordance with the department's business objectives;

• Creating sales plans, determining performance indicators, and controlling them;

• Analyzing sales results and preparing and presenting regular reports;

• Managing the budget and planning personnel expenses;

• Establishing long-term relationships with customers and partners and ensuring client satisfaction;

• Expanding the partner network and identifying new business opportunities;

• Monitoring the competitive market and assessing sales trends;

• Optimizing sales processes and improving technological tools;

• Managing, motivating, developing, and evaluating the team;

• Collaborating with various organizational units to effectively implement the sales strategy;

Mandatory Qualification Requirements:

Work Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience working in financial organizations;

• At least 3 years of experience in team management

Mandatory Knowledge and Skills: - Effective team management and delegation

• Budgeting, cost management, and project management;

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;

• Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate;

• Result-oriented and high level of responsibility;

• Ability to identify and manage risks;

• Ability to adapt quickly to changes;

• English language;
