Call Center Operator

Clinic "Enmedic" is announcing a vacancy for a Call Center Operator position.

Work location: Tbilisi, L. Managadze St. №3

Working hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00

Remuneration: 1000 GEL per month, plus a bonus based on calls

Main responsibilities:

** Receiving incoming calls and providing information to patients;

** Recording patient visits;

** Correctly fixing telephone referrals in the program;

** Providing professional and polite service to customers;

** Adhering to internal call center procedures and service standards.

Requirements:

** Fluent speech and good communication skills;

** High sense of responsibility;

** Attention and organization;

** Basic computer skills;

** Experience in customer service / call center work will be considered an advantage.
