Job Description The TBC Bank Data Analysis Knowledge Center plays a key role in making strategic and operational decisions for the bank. The goal of the department is for the bank to offer better, personalized banking services to each client.
The main responsibility of the Data Analyst is to deeply analyze customer behavior, banking products, and financial transactions data, visualize data, and prepare specific recommendations for the relevant business direction.
Key Responsibilities: - Collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data - Automating reports and providing technical support - Close contact with business directions to formulate tasks - Presenting results to management - Supporting interns and junior data analysts and caring for their technical development
Qualifications: - At least 1 year of experience working as a Data Analyst or similar position - 1+ year of experience working with SQL in a work environment - 1+ year of experience working with Power BI or other visualization programs in a work environment - 1+ year of experience working with PySpark in a work environment - Knowledge of Excel - Knowledge of Python - Knowledge of Version Control and CI/CD Pipelines - Experience working with Databricks will be considered an advantage - Experience working in the banking sector will be considered an advantage - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
