"Element Holding" is announcing a vacancy for the position of International Procurement Specialist.

Workplace: Tbilisi

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Research and analysis of local and international markets, monitoring of prices of construction materials and products, new offers, and market trends;
• Finding, evaluating, and selecting new products, alternative materials, and reliable local and international suppliers;
• Planning, organizing, and managing the procurement process within the current and planned construction projects;
• Evaluating and comparing commercial offers, organizing tender processes, and determining optimal procurement conditions;
• Conducting commercial negotiations with local and international suppliers to improve prices, payment terms, and delivery deadlines;
• Participating in planning and controlling the procurement budget;
• Managing orders of construction materials and products and controlling timely delivery;
• Managing and coordinating the entire cycle of the logistics process from procurement to delivery to the final destination;
• Organizing and coordinating international and local transportation processes, ensuring timely and uninterrupted movement of goods;
• Organizing and coordinating customs procedures related to import, ensuring compliance with current customs regulations;
• Communication with suppliers, transport companies, forwarders, and customs brokers;
• Production and control of documentation related to procurement, import, and logistics;
• Preparing initiatives and recommendations to optimize procurement and logistics processes and reduce costs.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working in the construction sector;
• Higher education in business administration, logistics, procurement, economics, or related fields;
• Knowledge of English and Turkish languages - mandatory; knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage;
• Full knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Experience working with accounting programs will be considered an advantage.

Working conditions:
