Electrical Mechanic / Technical Group Leader

G&A Group is a Georgian company that successfully operates in the production, logistics and distribution of food products. The company's brands are "Rera", "Hinda", "Nobati", which offer high-quality frozen semi-finished products and other products to customers.

We are looking for an experienced, practicing specialist who will directly participate in the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical devices of the enterprise and at the same time lead the technical group.

We consider technical thinking, responsibility, discipline and ensuring the continuous operation of the enterprise to be important.

Main responsibilities:

** Ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of electrical and mechanical devices of the enterprise;

** Diagnostics of production units, quick detection and elimination of malfunctions;

** Direct execution of electrical, electromechanical and mechanical repair works;

** Planning of daily work of the technical group, distribution of tasks and control of their execution;

** Operational response to emergency situations and, if necessary, direct involvement in repair works;

** Technical maintenance of electric motors, pumps, reducers, conveyors, sensors and other production equipment;

** Reading electrical circuits and diagnosing faults;

** Compilation and control of the implementation of preventive and planned maintenance schedules;

** Constant monitoring of the technical condition of the units and prevention of possible accidents;

** Determination of necessary spare parts and technical materials and control of stocks;

** Ensuring compliance with safety norms and control of their implementation by the team.

Mandatory qualification requirements

** At least 3-5 years of practical experience as an electrical mechanic, electrician or in the direction of technical maintenance of production units;

** Experience working in a production/industrial environment;

** Ability to independently diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults;

** Knowledge of reading electrical circuits;

** Experience working with three-phase electrical systems, electric motors, automatics, contactors, relays, sensors and other industrial electrical devices;

** Knowledge of mechanical nodes, bearings, reducers, chain/belt transmissions and other production mechanisms;

** Experience in managing a technical team or coordinating work;

** Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions in emergency situations.

Will be considered an advantage:

** Experience working in a food production facility;

** Experience working with production lines and automated units;

** Practical knowledge of working with inverters (VFD), PLC and industrial automation;

** Experience working with refrigeration and other engineering systems.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Didi Dighomi, Demetre Tavdadze 29.

Work schedule: Full

Payment is made twice a month;

The company provides one-time meals.
