We are looking for an energetic, flexible, and multifunctional team member for the Operations Assistant position, who is ready to engage in the management of the company's daily processes, learn all stages of logistics, and support the team in various directions as needed.
Main responsibilities: In our dynamic environment, the situation changes daily, and accordingly, your responsibilities include the full cycle of operational processes: - Management of the parcel pickup process: full control of the parcel pickup/issuance process from the company's warehouse; coordination of couriers in the pickup process and dispatching. - Control of problematic parcels: identification of problematic parcels, timely resolution, and preparation/return of returnable parcels. - Courier management: finding new partner couriers, managing the existing courier team, coordination, and their daily support. - Warehouse support: assisting the warehouse team during peak periods in the process of sorting, receiving, and issuing parcels. - Office operations: organization of parcel pickup from the office, work in the company's program/files, and assistance in current administrative issues. - Support for the customer support team (CS Support): assisting the customer service team in solving internal, complex problems; direct communication with customers to regulate cases as needed.
Requirements: - Proficiency in office computer programs (Excel, Word) at a working level; - Knowledge of English (desirable); - Experience in working with customers, case management, or in the logistics field will be considered an advantage.
