Medical Call Center Operator

Insurance Company "Wizer" is announcing a vacancy for a Medical Call Center Operator.

Function-Responsibilities:

** Receiving telephone calls from insured individuals, identifying insured individuals;

** Determining the type of medical service;

** Planning visits of insured individuals to clinics, organizing additional medical services;

** Managing situations in emergency cases.

Qualification Requirements:

** Higher medical education;

** Certificate/Document from higher education institution confirming qualification;

** Proficiency in office computer programs (particularly EXCEL);

** Knowledge of English and Russian languages (desirable)

Personal Qualities:

** Quick-wittedness, efficiency;

** Politeness, delicacy;

** Accuracy, punctuality
