Corporate Sales Specialist

HR.GE's team is looking for a Corporate Sales Specialist!

If communication, interaction with people, and negotiations are your strong suits and you want to start or develop a career in sales, we might be looking for you.

No prior work experience is required - we will consider motivated recent graduates as well.

What will you do? - Identify potential corporate clients and establish initial communication with them; - Communicate with companies via phone and email; - Offer HR.GE's services and products; - Prepare and conduct presentations for clients; - Schedule meetings and conduct negotiations; - Develop a base of potential and existing clients; - Study the needs of existing clients and develop relationships with them; - Fulfill sales plans and promote sales growth.

What do we expect from you? - Higher education or being in the final stages of studies; - Fluent communication in Georgian; - Proficiency in English and/or Russian; - Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; - Good communication and negotiation skills; - Result-oriented approach and high sense of responsibility; - Willingness to learn and develop quickly; - Organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience in corporate sales will be considered an advantage, but is not required.

Working conditions - Monday to Friday - 09:30–18:30
