Functions and responsibilities:
Preparation, organization, and conduction of lectures/seminars/practical classes in the following areas: Corporate finance; Principles of financial asset valuation (investments); Fixed-income financial assets; Derivative financial instruments markets; Supervision of students' research papers; Student consultation; Evaluation of students' papers/assignments (tests, tasks, interim assessments, final assessments, presentations, essays, master's theses, dissertation papers, etc.); Development of teaching materials (compiling/updating textbooks, lecture notes, tests, etc.); Development/update of curricula and syllabi; Use of modern teaching methods and digital platforms.
Requirements:
A master's degree in Finance and/or Business Administration is required; candidates with a doctoral degree will be given preference; At least 2 years of teaching experience in a higher education institution; Proficiency in the Georgian language; Fluency in English; Ability to communicate effectively with students; Ability to plan the educational process; Sense of responsibility; Adherence to professional ethics; Critical and analytical thinking skills.
