"KFC" is announcing a vacancy for the position: Restaurant Shift Manager (Kutaisi city)

KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) is one of the world's largest fast-food restaurant chains specializing in chicken. The first KFC restaurant was opened in 1952 in America, and today it is represented in over 120 countries with around 20,000 restaurants. The first KFC restaurant in Georgia was opened in 2014, and 20 restaurants have already been opened in Tbilisi and regions.

Main functions/responsibilities:

• Organize the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant shift;
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate the work process of employees;
• Manage and coordinate the work process of approximately 20-40 employees;
• Motivate team members and provide them with the necessary support;
• Correctly distribute work tasks among employees;
• Ensure high-quality customer service;
• Care about customer satisfaction and quickly respond to emerging issues;
• Comply with KFC service standards and internal procedures;
• Control food preparation and production technological processes;
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards;
• Monitor the proper functioning of restaurant equipment;
• Timely identify problems arising in the work process and make appropriate decisions;
• Care about improving restaurant sales and profitability;
• Comply with the company's internal regulations and safety rules;
• Monitor and evaluate shift results;
• Provide work-related instructions and recommendations to employees as needed;
• Constantly monitor the cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with KFC standards in the restaurant;
• Ensure effective communication with the team.

Qualification requirements:

** Fluent knowledge of Georgian language - both verbal and written communication skills;

** At least 1 year of experience working in the restaurant business;

** Relevant experience and skills in business administration and operational management;

** Higher education;

** Working knowledge of office programs - especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel;

** Experience in team work and employee management is desirable;

** Ability to work on a rotating schedule.
