Company "Madarti" announces a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager!

To get to this position, you will have to go through the following stages of selection:

** Interview with HR specialist; ** Interview with the head of human resources management; ** Internship stage at the branch.

We require:

** Higher education in finance, business administration, or general management; ** High-level knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel; ** At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position; ** High sense of responsibility; ** Ability to communicate effectively and conduct negotiations; ** Ability to manage a team effectively; ** Ability to make decisions independently.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Development of sales strategy and plans; ** Management of the sales team; ** Participation in the introduction of innovations with the marketing team; ** Constant analysis of the market, research of competitors and products, initiation of innovations, and active participation in the implementation process if agreed; ** Evaluation of the work performed by subordinate employees, setting their development plan (work standards, time management, service standards, leadership skills) and motivation plan,

Workplace: Tbilisi - Varketili, Gldani, Saburtalo Work schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week Salary: 2300-3000 GEL
