Senior Nurse

LLC "Medcapital" has been successfully operating in the healthcare sector, specifically in the field of family medicine, since 2012. The company employs approximately 450 employees and has 140,000 beneficiaries registered.

Position: Senior Nurse;

Remuneration: To be agreed;

Location: Tbilisi, Saburtalo (near the metro).

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working as a senior nurse;
• Higher or professional medical education;
• State certification confirming the specialty;
• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position is desirable;
• Experience working with medical documentation is desirable;
• Knowledge of office programs.

Responsibilities:

• Quality management of nursing care;
• Control of medical consumables and medications inventory and expiration dates, weekly, their description and write-off both internal (webmed) and
• Ensuring hygiene standards in a medical institution and monitoring the work of sanitary staff;
• Coordination of the infection control and prevention process;
• Prevention and control of internal infections in a medical institution;
• Ensuring, supervising, and controlling the proper functioning of the sterilization cabinet;
• Control of the quality and accuracy of work performed by nurses;
• Implementation of procedures and protocols developed by the clinic;
• Ensuring the receipt, issuance, and accounting of narcotic drug prescription form #1;
• Comparison and reporting of medications issued according to narcotic drug prescription form #1 to both management and partner medical institutions;
• Receipt, accounting, storage, and transfer of hospital sheets and prescription forms, reporting to management.
