We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Financial Manager to lead the company's financial direction and actively participate in strategic business development.

For us, a Financial Manager is not just someone who manages finances - but a person who sees business opportunities, risks, and growth potential through numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning the company's financial strategy and annual budget; Financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management; Analysis of the company's revenues and expenses; Preparation of financial statements and presentation of financial analysis to management; Evaluation of business profitability and financial efficiency; Development and monitoring of financial KPIs; Identification of opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth; Assessment and management of financial risks; Control of accounting and financial processes; Supervision of tax and audit processes; Interaction with banking and financial institutions; Participation in financial modeling and investment decisions; Preparation of financial analysis to support business decisions for management; Management and development of the financial team; Improvement of financial systems and control mechanisms during the company's scaling process.

Our Requirements and Skills:

** Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field;

** At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a managerial position;

** Strong knowledge in financial planning and analysis;

** Experience in budgeting, Cash Flow Management and financial modeling;

** Good knowledge of financial statements;

** Strong Excel skills;

** Analytical and strategic thinking;

** High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;

** Ability to work with a team and manage a team;

** Ability to make decisions independently;

** Knowledge of English/Russian.
