Call Center Operator

"Abanotubani Group" is a growing company in the hospitality industry, aiming to popularize Georgian traditions and culture in Tbilisi's historic, touristically active district, and serving to create a unique experience and impressions for guests.

We are looking for active, motivated, responsible, and organized candidates for the Call Center Operator position at "Abanotubani Group".

Work location: Tbilisi, Abanotubani Work schedule: 7-hour workday, 1 day off Salary: ₾1300-1500 (with growth prospects, depending on the candidate's qualifications)

Responsibilities:

• Making phone calls to customers;
• Receiving reservations and entering them into a computer program;
• Offering company products;
• Maintaining a high standard of telephone customer service.

Basic requirements:

• High-level knowledge of Georgian, English, and Russian languages;
• Ability to work with office computer programs at a basic level;
• Effective communication skills;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Previous experience in a similar position is desirable.
