Procurement Specialist

ა (ა)იპ "National Screening Center" announces a vacancy for the position of Procurement Specialist.

Work location: Tbilisi

Type of employment: Full-time

Key responsibilities:

** Implementation of public procurement by the Center in accordance with the Georgian Law on Public Procurement;

** Clarification of technical characteristics related to the procurement object, received from the procurement recipient services, and preparation of complete documentation for procurement;

** Preparation of tender commission meeting protocols and uploading them to the unified electronic system of public procurement;

** Preparation of tender documentation and uploading it to the unified electronic system of public procurement;

** Preparation of draft contracts for public procurement;

** Making changes and additions to contracts and uploading them to the unified electronic system;

** Correspondence with the Public Procurement Agency.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education is desirable;

** Work experience in the relevant field;

** Knowledge of relevant legislation;

** Knowledge of office computer programs;

** Knowledge of foreign languages is desirable.
