Work schedule: Full-time

Departments: Emergency Medicine Nursing Department; Operating Room Nursing Direction; Critical Care Nursing Direction; Inpatient Nursing Direction

Main functions and responsibilities:

Patient triage, identification, and nursing assessment; Planning and implementation of nursing care; Evaluation of nursing care outcomes; Providing recommendations within the competence; Providing primary emergency assistance if necessary; Proper communication with medical personnel, patients, and their family members, depending on the existing situation; Observance of hygienic and epidemiological measures; Medical documentation; Patient handover to the on-duty shift employee, providing relevant information about the procedures performed; Compliance with AHT's internal labor regulations, code of conduct and ethics, and relevant policy documents; Compliance with labor safety, safety techniques, sanitation, and fire prevention rules and regulations.

Qualification requirements:

1 year of experience in a similar position; Nursing education is required.

Knowledge and skills:

Basic values of nursing, ethical, and legal aspects; The role of a practicing nurse in health promotion and care; Patient triage, initial nursing assessment, and monitoring; Fundamentals of emergency care Medical terminology; Standards for nursing interventions; The procedure for documenting the nursing process; Rules for the use, dilution, and storage of medications; Infection control and prevention rules; Rules for storing blood and blood substitute components; Rules for working with medical equipment; Knowledge of computer programs
