Work schedule: Full-time

Departments: Emergency Medicine Nursing Department; Operating Room Nursing Direction; Critical Care Nursing Direction; Inpatient Nursing Direction

Main functions and responsibilities:

Conduct disinfection (including the procedure for preparing concentrated solutions); Provide primary emergency assistance if necessary; Implement hygiene and epidemiological measures; Assist nurses/doctors during manipulations; Prevent bedsores considering the course and specifics of the disease; care for infected wounds, ulcers, and bedsores; Change and dispose of biological fluid reservoirs; Assist responsible nurses in nursing processes; Monitor vital functions and communicate with the responsible person; Provide important information to the responsible person; Ensure safe patient transportation; Ensure patient nutrition and maintain dietary hygiene; Transfer patients and provide relevant information about performed procedures; Comply with AHT's internal labor regulations, code of conduct and ethics, and relevant policy documents.

Qualification requirements:

No experience required; A nursing diploma is required, or currently studying in a nursing field.

Knowledge and skills:

Basic values of nursing, ethical, and legal aspects; The role of a practicing nurse in health promotion and care; Fundamentals of emergency care; Rules for using, diluting, and storing medications; Infection control and prevention rules; Purpose and list of single-use items; Knowledge of computer programs.

Personal skills:

Effective communication skills; Teamwork skills; Time management skills; Punctuality; Empathy; Conscientiousness.
