Work conditions:

** Type of employment: Full-time

** Work schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 - 19:00

** Saturday 11:00 - 15:00

** Workplace: Batumi, Vaja Pshavela 11-13

Main responsibilities:

** Receiving incoming phone calls and consulting customers;

** Making outgoing calls and communicating with potential customers;

** Presenting company projects remotely and in person;

** Supporting customers in the decision-making process;

** Scheduling meetings at the office and construction site;

** Coordinating customers with bank representatives during the financing process;

** Providing comprehensive and professional answers to customer questions;

** Preparing contracts and other necessary documentation at the final stage of the sales process;

** Recording and updating customer data in the CRM system;

** Fulfilling tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

** Work experience in real estate, development, or related fields;

** Fluency in English and Russian (mandatory)

** Experience working with MS Office programs and CRM systems will be considered an advantage.

** Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate;

** High sense of responsibility and professional ethics;

** Result-oriented and strong sales motivation;

** Organizational skills, ability to manage time and processes effectively;
