Sales Manager

"Topograph" announces a vacancy for a Sales Manager position in a development company, for the sales of a multi-story residential complex.

Work conditions:

** Full-time position, onsite

** Work location: Tbilisi

** Working hours: 5 working days; 10:00 - 18:00

Key responsibilities:

** Effectively provide information about projects to potential clients;

** Lead the process of negotiations and contract signing;

** Plan visits to the object;

** Establish and develop long-term relationships with existing and new clients;

** Manage the client base in relevant programs;

** Actively participate in the process of stimulating sales.

Qualification requirements:

** Experience in working as a Sales Manager in development projects;

** Good verbal communication skills;

** Ability to negotiate and persuade;

** Ability to work with office computer programs;

** Knowledge of foreign languages;

** High sense of responsibility and teamwork skills;

** Good communication, organization, and punctuality.

Remuneration: fixed salary 2500₾ (NET) + bonus
