Hotel complex "Villa Mosavali" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Breakfast Cook. "Villa Mosavali" is located in Natakhtari, village of Akhalubani, and combines a hotel, Georgian and European restaurants, and large-scale banquet and event spaces.

Work location: Natakhtari, village of Akhalubani

Employment type: Full-time

Main responsibilities:

** Preparing breakfast dishes for hotel guests according to the approved menu and standards;

** Timely and high-quality preparation of hot and cold breakfast positions;

** Replenishing the breakfast buffet, controlling the visual side of dishes and temperature;

** Receiving raw materials, checking quality and expiration dates, and proper storage;

** Maintaining established standards for product consumption and portion sizes;

** Ensuring cleanliness of the workplace, inventory, and equipment;

** Adhering to food safety and sanitary-hygiene norms;

** Effective collaboration with the kitchen team.

Qualification requirements:

** Knowledge of breakfast dishes and basic culinary techniques;

** Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage;

** Attention to product quality and presentation;

** High sense of responsibility and discipline;

** Ability to work organizedly in a fast-paced and busy environment;

** Teamwork and effective communication skills.

Working conditions:

** Work schedule: 5/2, according to shifts;

** Working hours: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break;

** Salary: 1500-2000 GEL per month, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications;

** Meal provision;

** Transportation from Tbilisi;
