Company "GeoPaper" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Administrative Assistant.

Working schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Work location: Tbilisi, Samgori district, Enukidze street # 7

Remuneration: Initial 1200 ₾, 1500 ₾ after the probation period

Responsibilities:

** Administrative support for procurement and sales employees;

** Organizing various documentation / maintaining records;

** Collaboration with the logistics department to ensure uninterrupted transportation of ordered cargo;

** Forming a database of transport companies, constant control of their service terms and prices;

** Sorting / archiving contracts, acceptance certificates, procurement and transportation documents;

** Receiving / producing correspondence;

** Timely implementation of local purchases (in the office supplies direction)

Mandatory requirements:

** Higher education;

** Knowledge of office programs

Personal qualities:

** Communicativeness;

** Attention to detail;

** Ability to negotiate;

** Teamwork skills.
