Chief Accountant

The company "Palati" offers an opportunity to join our team as a Chief Accountant.

Workplace: Rustavi, G. Mazniashvili St. 4 Schedule: On-site, 09:00-18:00

Main duties: Managing and controlling the full cycle of accounting; Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; Preparing and submitting tax declarations (VAT, income, profit, pension) on time; Calculating production costs and controlling inventory; Leading and coordinating the work of the accounting team; Controlling payroll, bank operations, and accounts receivable/payable; Interacting with auditors and tax authorities; Participating in budget planning and financial analysis; Ensuring data accuracy in accounting programs; Performing other tasks assigned by management within the scope of competence.

Qualification requirements: Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting; At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting (including leadership positions); Experience working in the production sector is an advantage; Knowledge of Georgia's tax code and accounting standards (IFRS); Knowledge of Fina or similar accounting software; Advanced Excel skills; Knowledge of foreign languages: Russian or/and English at B2 level;

Personal skills: Analytical thinking and attention to detail; Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines; High sense of responsibility and ability to protect confidential information; Teamwork and communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of the company; Motivation to learn and develop quickly.
