Receptionist

Ken Walker University Clinic is announcing a vacancy for a Receptionist (Front Desk) position.

Main responsibilities:

Polite interaction with clinic visitors/guests and clients; Reception, guidance, and further escort of users according to clinic standards; Providing desired information about various services, procedures, and tariffs; Receiving incoming phone calls, providing relevant information, and/or redirecting to the relevant person; Receiving, recording, and delivering brought parcels/letters to the relevant person; Guiding distribution persons - connecting with relevant personnel; Production of necessary documentation (ambulatory card, invoice, voucher, guarantee letter, service contract, acceptance, and others) and provision to clients; Registration in the clinic's user system (regular control of registered patients in the program, production of registration documents, removal of the existing base, and uploading necessary information to the Ministry's portal); Transfer of information to the head of the reception department at the end and beginning of the working day.

Basic requirements:

Experience working in a similar position (desirable); Fluent conversation in Georgian and Russian; any other language will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of office and computer programs.
