Barista

A new student space in front of Caucasus University (Paata Saakadze 1) is looking for a Barista to join our team in creating a warm, friendly, and energetic environment.

We want "Quizamde" to be a place where people come not just to drink coffee, but also to relax, chat, and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. That's why we're looking for someone who will serve guests with a smile, responsibility, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Prepare different types of hot and cold coffee; Know the coffee menu in detail and describe it to customers; Follow coffee menu and dessert safety procedures; Maintain cleanliness in the cafe according to requirements; Provide polite and fast service, maintaining a positive attitude; Know one or several positions in the cafe and be able to work on them; Have detailed information about the full menu composition and be able to describe dishes; Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards in the restaurant; Assemble hot dogs and sandwiches;

Requirements:

Experience as a Barista; Good ability to adapt to new things and changes; Skills to effectively distribute and manage work time; Ability to work in a tense mode, fast work rhythm; English (mandatory); Russian (desirable);

Conditions:

Friendly and development-oriented environment; 36 hours per week, 12 hours per day (alternating days); 800 GEL per month (+ bonuses) + Tips;
