Junior Architect

LLC "AS Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Junior Architect.

Work location: Tbilisi, Isani, Bery Gabriel Salos Avenue

Working hours: 09:00-18:00, Monday through Friday

Remuneration: To be agreed upon

General profile of the position:

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Junior Architect who will be involved in current architectural and construction projects, participate in the preparation of working drawings and project documentation, and collaborate with various project teams.

This position is a great opportunity for a junior architect who wants to gain practical experience and professional development in the field of architecture and construction.

Key responsibilities:

• Participation in the preparation of architectural and project documentation;

• Preparation, processing, and correction of working and technical drawings;

• Creation and editing of 2D and 3D models;

• Participation in the preparation of design and technical drawings according to the customer's requirements;

• Preparation of technical information necessary for the project, searching for technical characteristics, specifications, and certificates of required materials;

• Collaboration with construction, project, and other relevant teams;

• Participation in monitoring current works on the site if necessary;

• Participation in technical communication between the customer and subcontractors.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education or a student of the final course in the field of architecture;

• Basic knowledge of reading architectural and construction drawings;

• Knowledge of ArchiCAD and AutoCAD is required;

• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop is desirable;

• English language proficiency - at least B2 level;

• Practical experience in the relevant field will be considered an advantage;

• Knowledge of office programs.
