Main functions and responsibilities:
- Monitoring of invoices and transactions, ensuring data accuracy in the company's internal systems.
- Managing payment schedules with suppliers/buyers, comparing balances and controlling debts; registration of new partners.
- Optimization and monitoring of cash and non-cash settlements.
- Participation in the process of closing the month and supporting the smooth conduct of accounting operations.
- Fulfillment of current tasks received from the supervisor within the competence.
Qualification requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience in the relevant field
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level
- Knowledge of office programs: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
