The aesthetic clinic Noemi is announcing a position for an Administrator.

Job location: Tbilisi, Vake Remuneration: fixed salary + bonus. Working schedule: in shifts Working hours: 10:00-20:00 Probation period: 6 months (with remuneration).

Responsibilities:

• Communication and service of guests according to their requests and needs;
• Reception of guests and serving them with coffee;
• Making reservations in the program;
• Answering phone calls and providing information;
• Cash settlement with guests;
• Creation and management of the customer base, communication with them;
• Management of the online sales system: Facebook, Instagram
• Quality control of services;
• Administration of documentation related to activities;
• Performance of various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language, as well as knowledge of English and Russian languages
• Knowledge of office programs;
• Higher education;
• Communicative;
• Attentive and mobilized;
• Balanced;
• High sense of responsibility;
