Creative Producer of Scenography

"Pro Sound" is looking for an employee with creative vision and spatial thinking who will lead the visual concept of professional concert stages, LED screens and lighting.

Main responsibilities:

** Scenography concept: develop a visual idea for the stage - find moodboards and references, create a synthetic style for decorations, LED screens and lighting;

** Managing the design team: give clear tasks to 3D and graphic designers, convey the idea correctly and control visual quality;

** Integration with the technical team: agree on creative ideas with technical engineers of sound, lighting and LED screens (ensuring technical feasibility of the idea);

** Onsite monitoring: direct participation in the process of stage assembly and decoration to protect the final visual result;

** Selection of materials and scenography: search and selection of necessary materials for decorations.

** Project management: work on several scenographic projects at the same time and manage the process.

We care about:

** Creative and spatial thinking: the ability to perceive scenography, scale and visual effects;

** Knowledge of materials: knowledge of materials for stage decorations (wood, metal, acrylic, fabric);

** Lighting scenography: knowledge of principles of integrating LED strips and lighting elements into decorations;

** Task formulation: the ability to communicate precisely, in detail and technically with designers and contractors;

** Market knowledge: experience working with advertising and production companies and decorators;

** Responsibility: the ability to make quick and effective decisions and manage time in a stressful environment.

You will work with:

3D designers, sound, lighting and LED screen engineers, scenographic materials, lighting special effects and large-scale concert / show projects.

Schedule: full-time (10:00 - 18:00), with paid overtime if necessary.
