Main responsibilities: - Control over the implementation of labor safety standards and legal requirements for construction and infrastructure projects. - Identification of hazards in the workplace, risk assessment, and planning of appropriate measures to eliminate or reduce them to an acceptable level. - Development of internal labor safety rules, instructions, procedures, and guidelines, and monitoring their implementation. - Conducting regular inspections at facilities, identifying detected non-compliances, investigating causes, and planning/controlling corrective actions. - Monitoring employees' and other persons involved in projects' compliance with labor safety requirements. - Organizing and conducting trainings, briefings, and practical training for employees in the field of labor safety. - Control of employees' admission to high-risk jobs after passing appropriate training and briefing. - Determination of the need for individual and collective protective equipment and control over their use. - Identification, registration, and planning of appropriate measures for workplaces with heavy, harmful, and hazardous conditions. - Control over compliance with fire safety requirements, maintenance of relevant inventory, and equipment. - Control over the availability and suitability of first aid kits and relevant equipment. - Ensuring organization and control of employees' preliminary and periodic medical examinations, if necessary. - Registration of workplace accidents, investigation, determination of causes, and preparation of relevant documentation. - Registration of labor safety requirement violations and provision of relevant information to the company's management. - Ensuring necessary communication and documentation with state supervisory bodies. - Periodic reporting to the company's management on existing risks and necessary measures in the field of labor safety. - Ensuring implementation, control, and continuous improvement of the labor safety management system.
Qualification requirements: - Higher education - preferably in occupational safety, technical, or relevant field. - Relevant valid certificate of occupational safety - mandatory. - Work experience in the field of occupational safety. - Experience in the construction/infrastructure sector will be considered an advantage. - Knowledge of labor safety legislation. - Experience in risk assessment and safety control. - High sense of responsibility. - Organizational skills and attention to detail. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
