LLC "Aversi-Pharma" announces a vacancy for the following position: Head of Medical Marketing Group in Dentistry (Non-Pharmaceutical Department)

If you have experience working as a medical representative and managing a team, you want to manage strategic projects and play a significant role in developing the dentistry direction, we invite you to join the Aversi-Pharma team.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Planning, managing, and ensuring the development of the medical marketing group's activities in the dentistry direction; Developing and coordinating the implementation of the group's strategy and action plan; Promoting the brand's awareness and positioning in the dentistry market; Finding new dental clinics and other medical institutions, developing partnership relationships, and expanding cooperation; Conducting negotiations with medical institution leaders, coordinating the process of contract conclusion and execution; Analyzing the recommendation process and data on prescriptions recorded in pharmacies, planning relevant activities, and evaluating results; Managing the activities of subordinate managers, setting goals, evaluating results, and promoting professional development; Planning and implementing advertising, educational, and professional activities in collaboration with the marketing team and suppliers; Analyzing activity results, preparing reports, and presenting them to the direct supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in medicine or a related field; Experience working as a medical representative; Team management experience; Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; Knowledge of English at least at B2 level will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Leadership and team management skills; Ability to effectively manage negotiations and partnership relationships; Strategic and analytical thinking; ability to make data-driven decisions; Planning, organization, and priority management skills; Effective communication and presentation skills; Result-orientedness; high sense of responsibility; Initiative and ability to make independent decisions.
