Currency branches are physical meeting points with customers, which play a special role in creating the best customer experience. People who come here meet a friendly team that takes care of people and tries to make customers happy.

Job description You, as a Cashier-Operator/Pawnshop appraiser, will ensure: - High-quality, accurate, fast, and qualified customer service; - Polite, kind, and warm attitude towards customers; - Interview with the client, recording their loan request, and familiarizing them with TBC's pawnshop procedures and tariffs; - Evaluation of collateral; - Drawing up contracts and acts of valuables appraisal; - Transfer of received valuables to storage; - Issuance of credit in the relevant software; - Full or partial repayment of the loan, returning valuables in full or in part; - In case of overdue credits, following the procedures related to realization within the established deadlines. - Sending and cashing fast transfers - Conversions
