Automobile Sales Consultant

The successful sales consultant of the automobile showroom effectively combines achieving sales goals, providing the highest level of customer service, and adhering to ethical standards.

The main responsibilities are as follows:

Customer-oriented commitments:

Understanding customer needs: actively listening to customers, asking questions, and understanding their lifestyle, budget, and preferences to offer the most suitable vehicle. Timely and professional greeting of customers, empathy, quick response, and consideration of their questions and concerns. Clear communication throughout the sales process. Building relationships: establishing trust and a good attitude with customers to encourage repeat appeals. Informing customers: detailed explanation of vehicle features, advantages, and technologies, as well as steps related to the purchase or leasing process. Post-sale communication: contacting customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any questions or problems.

Sales process-related commitments:

Product knowledge: in-depth knowledge of all vehicles for sale (new and used), including their features, specifications, competitive advantages, and latest technologies. Sales and negotiation skills: effective presentation of vehicles, conducting interesting test drives, negotiating prices and financing terms, and overcoming objections to close deals. Achieving sales goals: achieving agreed-upon sales goals and results while adhering to showroom policies and ethical standards.

Working with potential clients (leads):

Generating meetings and offers, and responding professionally and promptly to incoming requests (phone, email, internet). Working with documentation and administration: accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, financing documents, and registration. Vehicle delivery: transferring the vehicle to the customer in a positive and memorable way, ensuring they fully understand the functionality of their new car.

Showroom and professional commitments:

Adhering to showroom policy: adhering to all sales processes, procedures, and ethical standards of the showroom. Professionalism: maintaining a neat appearance, polite manners, and presenting oneself professionally as a representative of the showroom and the automotive industry at all times. Continuous learning: constantly updating knowledge of products, market trends, and best sales practices through training and professional development. Team collaboration: effective collaboration with other members of the sales team and departments (e.g., finance, service) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Record-keeping: accurate maintenance of customer records and sales data.

Basic qualification requirements:

Higher education; At least 2 years of experience working in automobile sales; Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
