** Position: Data Analyst (Marketing) ** Work schedule: Full-time onsite, Monday to Friday - 10:00 - 19:00. ** Office address: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Avenue.

Job responsibilities:

Marketing effectiveness and acquisition:

** Analysis of various channels (paid media, referral, influencer) and development of recommendations to improve ROMI. ** Acquisition Cohort analysis to determine long-term value (e.g., is a user acquired through TikTok more valuable after 90 days than one acquired through Google?). ** Measuring campaign profitability, marketing incrementality, advertising creatives, and push/CRM notification effectiveness.

Product analytics and funnel optimization:

** Researching user behavior (funnel analysis, activation metrics) and promoting product functionality improvements. ** Investigating and diagnosing the causes of crises in onboarding stages (KYC) or user retention. Monitoring App Store/Google Play analytics, registration, and activation processes to eliminate barriers.

Lifecycle and transaction analysis:

** Tracking user behavior in neobank's core functions: cards, cash, transfers (including international corridors), and crypto analytics. ** Analyzing wallet share, utility payments, and expenses to determine financial health and merchant affinity. ** Calculating and analyzing retention drivers, habit formation, and user lifetime value (LTV) in DAU/WAU/MAU slices.

Data visualization and testing:

** Creation of interesting and transparent dashboards for management (from Layer 1 to Layer 5) that reflect the health of the business in real-time.

** A/B testing: formulation of hypotheses

Requirements:

** Experience: at least 2 years of experience in data analysis in the banking sector is mandatory.

** Databases: high-level knowledge of SQL (query optimization, complex joins).

** Visualization: experience working with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

** Programming: Python or R for data processing (Pandas, NumPy).

** High-level proficiency in MS Excel.

** Business acumen: analytical thinking and ability to turn numbers into business decisions.

** Languages: working knowledge of English.
