The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of IT Department.

Work schedule - full-time Workplace - Chakvi Direct supervisor - Hotel General Manager

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's long-term technological strategy.
• Identify new technologies and innovative solutions that will enhance business efficiency and development.
• Consult the company's management on technological opportunities and risks.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the company's IT infrastructure, including:
• Networks;
• Servers;
• Cloud platforms;
• Business systems;
• Ensure high availability, stability, and scalability of systems.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Ensure the security of the company's data and technological systems.
• Continuously monitor technological risks and manage them effectively.
• Ensure efficient delivery of IT services within the organization.
• Implement IT operational processes and service standards.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Implement new technological solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure integration between different company systems.
• Automate business processes using technological solutions.
• Plan and manage the IT department's budget.
• Manage relationships with technological suppliers and partners.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of technological investments.
• Form, develop, and manage the IT team.
• Define goals, KPIs, and performance standards for employees.

Required qualifications, knowledge, skills & properties:

** Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

** At least 5-10 years of experience in technology management positions.

** Experience in managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems.

** Experience in developing and implementing technological strategies.

** Experience in managing complex technological projects and teams.

** Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

** Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a technical level.

** High sense of responsibility.

** Ability to work in a team.

** Detail-oriented.
