Technical Maintenance Supervisor

Join us! We are looking for motivated candidates for the position of Technical Maintenance Supervisor.

Main responsibilities:

** Developing and implementing a technical maintenance strategy for production equipment and devices ** Conducting cost analysis, creating Pareto analysis of equipment and devices ** Ensuring reduction of technical costs while maintaining quality. ** Effective management of a team of engineer-mechanics responsible for maintenance of production equipment and devices ** Managing proper documentation for write-off of spare parts, preparing acceptance certificates for completed work ** Analyzing causes of production equipment and device downtime, implementing preventive measures ** Responsible for the development of subordinate personnel and improving technical employees' (operators, engineers) professional knowledge and competencies.

Candidate profile:

** Higher education in a technical or engineering field ** 5+ years of work experience in a technical or energy field in the food industry or related industries ** Practical experience in equipment installation or operation and knowledge of basic processes and technologies in the food industry. ** Knowledge of state standards, norms, and regulations in the fields of energy, metrology, industrial, and fire safety. ** MS Office skills; AutoCad, 1C are desirable ** Fluent in Georgian; English - B2 level ** Strong communication and relationship skills ** Project management skills ** Analytical and problem-solving skills
