Inventory and Logistics Coordinator

Game Zone is seeking an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator, who will be responsible for the process of receiving products, controlling inventory, and timely supplying of branches.

Game Zone has been creating a gaming experience in Georgia since 2010 - offering consoles, games, gaming technologies, and accessories to customers through physical stores, online, and B2B channels. The company is an official Sony PlayStation partner in Georgia.

Your responsibilities: - Manage the process of receiving products and their correct reflection in the system; - Work with warehouse software and control inventory accuracy; - Process requests from branches and plan their supply using the company's vehicle; - Control the movement of products between the warehouse and branches; - Participate in inventory and balance control; - Prepare regular reports related to inventory; - Participate in customs clearance operations for imported products; - Engage in operational processes related to product movement; - Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and branch teams.

Requirements: - B category driver's license (you will use the company's vehicle with an automatic transmission during the work process); - Ability to work freely with computer programs; - Knowledge of MS Excel / Office; - Accuracy when working with numbers and details; - Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; - Knowledge of English at a working level.

Experience working with warehouse software, inventory, logistics, or similar operational positions will be considered an advantage.

Working conditions: - Type of employment: full-time; - Work schedule: 5 working days a week; - Salary: 1,600 GEL fixed (net) + 400 GEL monthly KPI bonus;
