Teacher/Education Program Instructor

"UCMAS Georgia" is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our educational team in Tbilisi, Batumi, and Kutaisi.

The vacancy is open to both candidates with teaching experience and those who want to develop their careers in education and enjoy working with children.

No prior experience with UCMAS is required. Selected candidates will undergo professional training.

Key Responsibilities:

** Conduct educational lessons for children according to UCMAS methodology and curriculum;

** Create a positive, interesting, and supportive learning environment;

** Monitor students' progress and results;

** Keep attendance and relevant student records;

** Professional communication with students, parents, and UCMAS academic/administrative team;

** Participate in internal trainings, working meetings, and professional development programs;

** Prepare students for UCMAS assessments, exams, and competitions;

** Adhere to UCMAS Georgia's academic standards and teaching procedures.

Requirements for Candidates

We are looking for candidates who:

** Enjoy working with children and are interested in the field of education;

** Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;

** Are responsible, organized, patient, and punctual;

** Are energetic and can work effectively with a group of children;

** Are ready to learn and work according to a structured teaching methodology;

** Have a perfect command of the Georgian language;

** Have at least a medium level of English proficiency.

** Teaching, tutoring, or experience working with children will be considered an advantage, but is not required.

Work Location: Vacancies are available in the following cities: Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi

Work Schedule: The work schedule will depend on the city, study groups, and workload, and will be discussed in detail with selected candidates. The candidate must be ready to work after school hours and/or on weekends, according to the schedule of the relevant center and groups.

Remuneration: 1,300-1,800 GEL NET per month, depending on the candidate's experience, workload, schedule, and city. The final remuneration will be agreed upon within the selection process.
