Real estate agency "Apex Tbilisi" is announcing a vacancy for a Real Estate Agent position.

Work schedule: Full / part-time / remote

Workplace: Remote work possible / company office

Remuneration: 1000-6000 GEL (depending on the candidate's diligence).

Job description:

Your main responsibility will be to meet with potential clients directly at the rental property, present the project, and, if necessary, offer other similar options and continue communication with the potential client until the case is closed.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Negotiate with people interested in real estate rental
• Telephone communication with people interested in renting an apartment
• Organize meetings for potential clients
• Meet with potential clients and present real estate
• Conduct negotiations with potential clients until the case is closed

Qualification requirements:

• Desirable experience in the service or sales field;
• Experience in the real estate field is not mandatory.
• If you don't have experience, we will teach you the business on the job;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages will be considered an advantage
