Alpha Insurance is announcing a vacancy for the position of Legal Counsel

Work location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Higher legal education;
• 2 years of experience working as a lawyer;
• Knowledge of administrative and civil legislation;
• Experience working with legal documentation;
• Possession of a certificate confirming passing the qualification exam for advocates (civil and administrative law) will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages at B2 level;
• Knowledge of office programs;
• Communicability, analytical thinking, independence;
• Punctuality, organization, goal orientation, striving for self-improvement.

Functions and Responsibilities: - Studying legal issues and drawing up relevant conclusions; - Studying complaints related to the company's activities, legal analysis, and subsequent response; - Preparing and submitting lawsuits, responses to lawsuits, and pleadings in court; - Representation in courts; - Handling civil and administrative cases, responding to received correspondence in a timely manner; - Recording ongoing and completed court proceedings, placing them in a unified system, and analyzing them; - Official communication with the state sub-agency under the Ministry of Finance of Georgia - Treasury Service - regarding the return of state fees; - Official communication with the Public Service Agency under the Ministry of Justice - National Enforcement Bureau - regarding enforcement measures (preparing letters to obtain information on specific issues, etc.); - Providing consultations on ongoing court cases to both company employees and interested citizens;
