The company m² announces a vacancy for the position of MEP Engineer.

Main responsibilities:

• Getting acquainted with the initial design documentation and assessing-analyzing expected risks;
• Participating in the preparation of architectural, constructive, and full engineering design;
• Coordinating the design process, controlling the compliance of design documentation with the norms in force in Georgia;
• Revising projects, determining the basic limitations and parameters of the project, optimizing projects;
• Initiating design changes when necessary;
• Providing technical consultations when compiling cost estimates;
• Controlling the quality of work performed and compliance with the project;
• Participating in the preparation of the project for organizing construction;
• Involvement in the preparation of tender documentation, detailed technical analysis of the tender, and assessment of risks in the engineering part;
• Controlling changes in engineering design documentation during construction;
• Constantly conducting site inspections, optimally and promptly resolving technical and engineering problems that arise on site in agreement with the project author;
• Producing reports based on site inspections and submitting them to management;
• Making optimal decisions / supporting technical personnel in technical, problematic, and engineering issues during the construction process.

Qualifying knowledge and skills:

• Higher technical education in the field of engineering;
• Knowledge of Cad (AutoCad; ArchiCad), Microsoft Project programs is required;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Ability to manage time effectively;
• Ability to share and support team responsibility;
• Ability to identify and analyze problems;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Flexibility towards changes;
• MS Office.
