Office and Housekeeper

The Georgian branch of "Larsen & Toubro Limited" announces a vacancy for an Office and Housekeeper position.

Work location: Georgia, city: Kutaisi, 9 April street N1b.

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 16:00; Saturday: 09:00 - 14:00, 40 hours a week. Depending on the circumstances, the schedule may change.

The employee will be employed as an office and household cleaner, whose position description and functions are as follows:

** Cleaning of office and hotel house spaces, stairs, corridors, bathrooms, cabinets, yards and other items. (There are 13 rooms in total);

** Proper arrangement of all rooms;

** Removing dust from surfaces;

** Cleaning window frames and glass. This can also be done manually or with a special tool.

** Daily cleaning and disinfection of toilets and bathrooms;

** Cleaning paper bins, both in cabinets and in the bathroom;

** Processing these bins with special disinfectants;

** Collecting and taking out trash to a specially designated area outside the building;

** Regular ventilation of the building;

** Observance of safety standards and rules when working with equipment;

** If a malfunction is detected in electrical or cleaning equipment, he must immediately notify the repair and technical worker;

** Storing grinding, cleaning and disinfecting agents in a special place, maintaining them, as well as informing the administration in a timely manner about necessary purchases;

** Performing laundry work, including ironing;

** Performing other similar tasks in accordance with the instructions of the administration;

** Observance of internal regulations and labor discipline.

Personal skills:

** Individual accountability and responsibility;

** Result-oriented and authorized to receive permission from relevant authorities.
