Scrum Master

JSC "Microfinance Organization "Scap" announces a vacancy for a Scrum Master position.

The vacancy is intended for individuals with relevant professional experience who will be responsible for facilitating the work processes of Scrum teams and coordinating the process of delivering digital products.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work with product owners, development teams, business representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure that the work process is structured, transparent, and predictable.

Key Responsibilities:

** Supporting the process of initiating new projects and products; ** Coordinating the entire life cycle of a project or product; ** Monitoring project progress, key deadlines, and agreed-upon results; ** Implementing and supporting Agile and Scrum practices adapted to the organization's needs within the team; ** Planning and facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and other work meetings; ** Constantly assessing and improving the effectiveness of Scrum processes.

** Identifying relevant stakeholders for the project or product; ** Regularly informing stakeholders about project progress, risks, and changes; ** Supporting product backlog and priority management ** Collaborating with the product owner to form a high-quality and transparent backlog; ** Supporting the prioritization process for tasks in the backlog; ** Ensuring effective communication between various productive and technical teams; ** Timely identification and management of cross-team dependencies; ** Facilitating the resolution of blockers, conflicts, and delays between teams; ** Supporting the focus of product owners, business representatives, and technical teams on common business goals.

** Monitoring team progress and delivery performance using relevant metrics; ** Analyzing work planned and completed during sprints; ** Identifying reasons for uncompleted or delayed tasks; ** Analyzing factors affecting team performance; ** Preparing periodic status reports and reports for management and other stakeholders; ** Proposing data-driven improvement initiatives.

** Ensuring that the team's work process organization complies with the implemented Software Development Life Cycle process; ** Identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency.

** Planning and coordinating team releases; ** Producing and updating the release calendar; ** Coordinating the preparation of Release Notes understandable to the business; ** Analyzing release effectiveness metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.

What We Expect from the Candidate:

** Experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar positions;

** Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles and practices;

** Experience in independently planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies;

** Understanding of the delivery process of projects and digital products;

** Practical experience in stakeholder management;

** Ability to coordinate different teams and functions;

** Knowledge of basic practices of Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management;

** Understanding of the product backlog and prioritization process;

** Understanding of the main stages of SDLC;

** Ability to analyze data and delivery metrics;

** Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills;

** Ability to organize and manage several parallel initiatives and priorities;

** Proactive problem-solving skills.

Will be considered an advantage:

** Experience working in IT, FinTech, banking, or other technologically complex organizations;

** Experience working with multiple product or technical teams simultaneously;

** Practical experience in Release Management;

** Professional certification in Scrum Master, Agile, or Project Management;

** Experience working in product development, software delivery, or digital transformation environments.
